When You Have Artist Friends That Will Help You Create

I have always been creative. I have always been around creative people. I have always looked for ways to collaborate with them because some of them are truly amazing!

One of my longtime artist friends and creative partners-in-crime, Eppie Bailey of The Professional Bohemians, has been making cool stuff since before “side hustle” was a personality trait. We’ve done art walks, shows, and even built a full-on stop-motion world together.

Eppie has always been sewing, painting, and generally out-making the rest of us but her latest? Rings and pendants with the quirkiest little faces. And yes… I bought the purple one with two teef! Obviously. His name might be Carl. I love him.

Go fall down her rabbit hole here!

We also teamed up on Under The Trees, a song written and sung by Miss Lynn. I sketched the environments and title, while Eppie and Julie Barrett (owner of the Wartrace Emporium) brought the dolls and that magical grassy dome and huge schnozz to life. It was chaos. The good kind.

Rob Cheplicki shot and edited the video and somehow made us all look like we knew what we were doing. Sharing the video below. Enjoy!
